With faith and confidence in our products, we offer you a return or exchange policy that meets your requirements, but you must ensure that the conditions are met when you wish to submit the request: Returns and exchanges are made within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. The item to be returned/exchanged must be in the same condition as purchased, inside its original packaging. The tape on the item must not be cut; if it is damaged, we cannot process the return or exchange. There should be no missing accessories or labels. The item must be free of odors, perfumes, or any traces of cosmetics. During promotional offers, the free item must be returned along with all other items in the order if you wish to return or exchange. The return fee is fixed at 50 riyals, and the exchange fee is 25 riyals. An exchange for a different item must be of equal or higher value. There are no cash or immediate refunds; the due amounts will be refunded via bank transfer after we receive the returned shipment within the specified return period. Return/exchange process: Contact the store’s WhatsApp number to prepare a shipping label, which is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. The return request will be closed if the label is not delivered to the shipping company within the specified period. The customer must deliver the item to be returned to the shipping company along with the provided shipping label. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or credit card. Only the paid amounts will be refunded, with the customer bearing all shipping costs, which are 50 riyals for the returned shipment and 25 riyals for the exchanged shipment. The time to receive the funds varies depending on the bank’s requirements. Optional: exchange the amount for a shopping voucher that can be used for future purchases on the website. The value of the returned items will be transferred to your account after confirming receipt by us, deducting the shipping fees as mentioned above. We are not responsible for any delays in retrieving the items through the shipping company. If any manufacturing defect is found in the received items, the customer has the right to a full refund including shipping costs, with no additional charges deducted. Upon receiving the returned request and confirming that the item to be returned is undamaged and matches the specifications and condition in which it was sent, you will receive the amount paid for the item within 7 to 14 working days.
